FCA Vulnerability Review: Building towards a unified ecosystem’ Vulnerability remains the perennial hot topic in financial services and debt markets. While we all believe we understand it, inconsistencies in application remain and implementing processes, systems and controls that can identify it effectively and to the Regulator’s satisfaction can prove challenging. Indeed, the idea of consistency itself is challenging when vulnerabilities and needs are as unique as the individual. TransUnion have been working to better understand the vulnerability landscape and would like to share with you their perspective of how this can be better managed, with reference to the recent FCA findings. Most importantly, they would like to offer their view on how to better manage vulnerability and developments to be aware of moving forward.
