NOW STREAMING: NGCOA Webinar ▷ The DOL 2024 Overtime Rule On April 24, 2024, the Department of Labor (DOL) finalized a significant regulation titled "Defining and Delimiting the Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales, and Computer Employees." This new rule addresses exemptions from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s (FLSA’s) minimum wage and overtime regulations, covering both standard level employees and highly compensated employees (HCE). The new rule takes effect on July 1, 2024. To assist our owners and operators in understanding and preparing for these changes, NGCOA hosted a special webinar on June 6, 2024.
