We get a lot of questions about the difference (and overlap) between grief and trauma. In this session, we'll talk about common symptoms of trauma including hyperarousal and hypervigilance, avoidance, physical symptoms, nightmares and flashbacks. We'll discuss when it is important to seek trauma support before or in addition to grief support, and things you can do to take care of yourself if you are experiencing symptoms of trauma.
