These Official Rules govern your participation in the Streamyard Livestream Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is organized and operated by Bending Spoons US Inc., a Delaware Corporation with its principal place of business at 169 Madison Ave, Suite 11218, New York, NY 10016 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Description of the promotion

The Sweepstakes is conducted by Sponsor in connection with a live Streamyard product update broadcast on April 29, 2026 (the “Livestream”). The Livestream will feature a walkthrough of the latest updates to Streamyard and will be broadcast simultaneously on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook (the “Destination Platforms”). As part of the broadcast, Sponsor will award prizes consisting of Streamyard-branded merchandise to eligible winners selected at random. Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules.

3. Eligibility

Participation in the Livestream is open to anyone; however, only Eligible Participants (as defined below) are eligible to win a prize.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the "Eligible Participants"). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households are not eligible to enter or win. Eligibility will be verified upon winner selection.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes takes place during the Livestream, which begins on April 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). The Sweepstakes will end prior to the conclusion of the Livestream on the same day, expected no later than 1:00 PM ET, with the exact closing time of the Sweepstakes to be announced during the Livestream (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Participate

During the Entry Period, watch the official Streamyard Livestream on the Destination Platforms, and comment "#Puddles" in the live chat of any one of those Destination Platforms. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person across all Destination Platforms combined. Duplicate entries—including comments on more than one Destination Platform or multiple comments on the same Destination Platform—will not increase the chances of winning and any entries beyond the first will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means are void. Use of multiple accounts to submit more than one entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all associated entries. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes.

6. Winner selection

Three (3) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period using Streamyard's randomized giveaway tool (the “Streamyard Giveaway Tool”), which generates winners by random selection from chat comments. The drawing will take place around 10 minutes before the end of the Livestream on April 29, 2026. The first three potential winners will be announced before the end of the Livestream and subsequently contacted via direct message on the Destination Platform through which their entry was made. Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the winner notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within 48 hours, or the return of any winner notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Before receiving a prize, each potential winner will be required to confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor. Failure to provide the required confirmation or documentation in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any entrant who provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with their entry or in response to a winner notification—including but not limited to false certification of age, residency, or identity—will be immediately disqualified and forfeit any right to a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to verify any information provided by entrants at any stage of the Sweepstakes.

If a selected potential winner is found not to be an Eligible Participant, has not complied with these Official Rules, or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner will be selected at random using the Streamyard Giveaway Tool from the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until an eligible winner is confirmed, and in any event no later than May 6th, 2026. If one or more eligible winners are not confirmed by that date, the corresponding prize(s) will not be awarded.

The list of confirmed winners will be available after May 6th, 2026. To request the winners list, please send an email to [email protected]. The winners list requests must be received after May 1st, 2026 and no later than June 5th, 2026.

7. Prize

The confirmed eligible winners will each receive:

  • One (1) Streamyard Logo T-Shirt
  • One (1) Streamyard Logo Hoodie

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize package: $64.19. Total ARV of all prizes: $192.58.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receipt of their prize.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law, from any person who deliberately undermines the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

9. Limitation of liability

By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents have no liability for, and will be held harmless from, any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data in connection with the Sweepstakes is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://support.streamyard.com/hc/articles/15401585037204-Privacy-Policy.

The personal data collected for the purpose of delivering Streamyard-branded merchandise will be processed solely for such purpose and will be deleted once the shipment has been completed.

11. Destination Platforms Disclaimers

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the Destination Platforms. By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant releases each of the Destination Platforms from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. Any questions regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to any Destination Platform.

Facebook & Instagram (Meta): This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, including Facebook and Instagram. By entering, each participant fully releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is not conducted through personal timelines, and sharing to a personal timeline is not a condition of entry. Participants must not inaccurately tag content or engage in any misleading conduct or activity that infringes the rights of any third party.

YouTube: This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google. By entering, each participant fully releases YouTube from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes. Participation via YouTube is subject to compliance with YouTube’s Community Guidelines (https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/our-policies/), and any violation may result in disqualification.

By participating in this Sweepstakes through any Destination Platform, each participant agrees to comply with the applicable terms of service, community guidelines, and all other applicable rules (collectively, the “Terms”) of the Destination Platform through which they watch the Livestream and enter the Sweepstakes. Each participant further agrees to hold the Sponsor harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to their use of, or failure to comply with, the applicable Destination Platform’s Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each entrant consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
